The last and possibly favourite part of our trip was our time in Stockholm. Maybe because the sun came out at last. We even went swimming and got a tan! Sun changes everything for the better! At least for us. Some called it heatwave, for us it was just the perfect temperature. Stockholm is bit of a stunner. The city is built on islands, which means that you are never too far from the water. Outside of the city is an archipelago of 30.000 little islands which the Swedes use as Summer holiday destination, a little bit like the Hamptons for New York City.

in 2013, 2014 and came 2nd in 2015. And we could really tell why: Copenhagen had the most relaxing feel about it. There was hardly any car traffic, as everyone seems to ride bicycles. The roads are therefore quiet and the air smells clean, which is probably one of the reasons why Copenhagen is also he greenest city in the world.

I love my job so much! I just had the chance to travel to Bali to work on a destination wedding.
I packed Dave into my suitcase and we added a few days onto the trip.

We were in luck when wedding photographer Jo Bartholomew, who also flew in from Sydney was up to take some shots of us!
I love her work. So this is the story of how we somehow ended up having a spontaneous engagement shoot, that we would have never planned to do. I am SO glad we did.
